Standard Delivery
Our standard UK Mainland delivery is 2-4 working days, which includes order processing time, and delivery by the courier. That means all orders will be delivered within 4 working days from the date that they are placed, with 95% of orders delivered within just 2 working days. Standard Delivery to UK Mainland costs £3.95.
Next Working Day Delivery
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day, and delivered on the following working day. Orders placed after the 12pm cut-off time, over the weekend, or on UK public holidays will NOT be dispatched until the next working day. Next Working Day Delivery to UK Mainland costs £7.99.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm – Saturday and Sunday are NOT working days. Orders placed over the weekend, on UK public holidays, or after 5pm Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following working day. If you have purchased Next Working Day Delivery, please refer to that section above.
Deliveries are fulfilled by either DHL UK, DPD UK, or Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched by us, you will receive an email and/or text from the courier with your tracking number, and estimated delivery time slot (providing you have given the correct contact details at checkout). Please ensure that you are available during the designated time-slot. If not, please update delivery instructions via the courier. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions Page for more information.
During busier periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than stated. Please be sure to check any potential service disruption in your area before purchasing because this could have an impact on delivery times.
