Custom Printed White Postal Boxes (Small Parcel)

Give your orders a professional finish with your own branded postal boxes. Simply upload your logo and we’ll print it directly onto your chosen boxes (black ink only).

How it works

1. Choose your box size and quantity.
2. Upload your logo (unless it's a repeat order).
3. Leave a comment in the order notes at checkout if you'd like your logo placed in a certain position. Standard will be on the middle of the box.
4. If this is your first custom order, select “No - this is my first custom order”. This is a one-time setup fee to create a custom template specifically for your business.
5. If you’ve ordered custom boxes from us before, simply select “Yes - my logo is already on file” and you won’t pay the setup fee again.

We’ll securely keep your logo setup on file, making it quick and easy to reorder custom boxes whenever you need them.

Production Time (PLEASE READ) 

As these are custom made, our production time is approximately 10 working days (+ delivery). We don't allow for cancellations after the order has been placed.

Artwork Guidelines

The artwork must fit within a 9 x 6 cm area. Your logo will be resized to fit within the selected print area if needed. For the best print quality, please upload your logo in one of the following formats: PNG, SVG, PDF. It will be printed in Black Ink only.

Low-resolution images, screenshots or photographs of logos may not produce a clear print. 

For the best results, we recommend bold, high-contrast artwork. Very fine lines, gradients and extremely small text may not reproduce clearly.

Logo Positioning

We aim to position your logo consistently on every box. However, as each box is printed individually, the placement and alignment may vary slightly between boxes. Minor variations are a normal part of the printing process and do not affect the quality of the finished product.

Royal Mail Small Parcel Compatible: All box sizes are designed to fit within Royal Mail Small Parcel size guidelines, making them ideal for posting gifts and products. Please note that the final packaged dimensions and weight must also remain within Royal Mail's limits.
