If there is something wrong with your order then shoot us over an email at info@happypackofficial.co.uk. We allow returns within 14 days for a full refund minus fees. Please see our Delivery page for more information.

What are the payment options?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 2-4 business days (excluding bank holidays). Our working days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the following day.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email at info@happypackofficial.co.uk. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

Do you do bulk discounts? Do you sell in larger quantities?
